EDGE OF FAITH

Hi, I’m Kevin—and this is a little of our story.

My wife Marleen and I have been on a life-changing journey, one rooted in God's grace and fueled by simple steps of obedience. There was a time when I found myself in a dark, broken place—searching for a way out. But right there in that low valley, God met me. Through the love of my family, faithful friends, and the undeniable presence of the Holy Spirit, I surrendered my life to Jesus.

From that moment, something awakened in me—a deep hunger to know the Lord more. God placed a strong spiritual mentor in my life, and as I grew in faith, I began to hear Him more clearly. Each trial became an opportunity to trust, to act, and to grow.

 

Eventually, Marleen and I felt called to lead a small group. That season was transformational. It wasn’t just about gaining knowledge—it was about living it out. We followed God’s prompting to give generously, build relationships with the homeless, and make life decisions rooted in faith. And through it all, He never left our side.

When that group came to a close, I started texting daily scriptures and encouragements to those we had walked with. That simple gesture turned into something more—a ministry of presence, truth, and daily connection.

Later, my mentor and I launched a men’s group centered around real fellowship and the Word. Though the group evolved, the daily text ministry continued—and still reaches a faithful core of men today. It’s not about numbers. It’s about connection, encouragement, and being there for one another.

 

As God continued to speak and lead, we felt called to share more publicly—so we created this website. What began as a place for devotionals quickly grew. While posting the blogs, I realized God had also given me visual messages—clear images to go with each post. As Marleen brought them to life, we saw their impact.

 

That’s when we felt another nudge: turn some of these visuals into conversation-starting apparel. We’ve always loved faith-based shirts, and we’ve seen firsthand how a simple shirt can spark powerful conversations about Jesus. So, Edge of Faith expanded to include apparel that reflects the message—and the mission.

 

If there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s this: God is faithful. He reveals. He leads. And He never leaves. We invite you to take the step in front of you—trust Him with it. He’s already gone before you.
