Welcome to Edge of Faith! We’re so grateful for your support. Each product in our shop is made especially for you through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because of this, we have specific return and refund guidelines outlined below.

 

🔁 All Sales Are Final

Please note that all orders are custom printed and made to order, which means:

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Address errors at checkout

  • Shipping delays due to carriers or customs

Be sure to carefully check all details before submitting your order.

 

💥 Damaged or Misprinted Items

We’re committed to quality! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right.

To request a replacement or refund:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

   • Your Order Number

   • A clear photo of the product and issue

   • A short description of the problem

We will work with Printify to resolve the issue and send you a replacement or issue a refund.

 

🚫 Returns Are Not Accepted For:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size selection

• Color variation due to screen differences

• Slight design placement variations

• Delayed delivery by postal service
