Psalms 9:10
Everyone who honors your name can trust you, because you are faithful to all who depend on you.
I love this version of this verse. Everyone who honors your name can trust You. We honor God by putting our faith in Him in all situations. Despite the outcome, we give Him the glory. That’s what trusting God’s faithfulness really looks like — choosing to believe His character even when the circumstances don’t make sense.
When you seek Him and spend time in the Word, you learn who He truly is. Knowing God’s character is knowing that He will not abandon you when you seek Him with all your heart. Desire Him like your next breath — because without Him, life is over. Real strength comes from trusting God’s faithfulness, not from our own ability to hold everything together.
Knowing God and His history leads only to trust and faith in all circumstances. And this last month of 2025 is loaded with opportunities. Family, friends, and random people are looking for answers — and you have the answer. This is the season of hope. They are searching for meaning, purpose, and peace. We carry that hope because we know a life far beyond the emptiness of chasing money or this world’s version of “happiness.”
It’s freeing when you finally realize that most of us will never be millionaires — and that’s okay. This world makes wealth the standard of value and success, but God doesn’t. Once that weight lifts, once you understand that life has purpose even with nothing in the bank account, everything changes.
Even when bills go unpaid.
Even when you downsize your house or your life because it’s simply not affordable anymore.
Even when things don’t look “successful” on paper.
Your life still has value. In fact, it’s often even more valuable in the sight of the Lord when we have fewer distractions pulling us away from our purpose — to know Him and make Him known. Trusting God’s faithfulness gives you a strength this world can’t steal.
I pray the freedom you have in the Lord leads you to share your hope and peace with others. People around you are desperate for it. Let your life reflect a confidence rooted not in circumstance, but in trusting God’s faithfulness day by day.
Thank You, Father, for another day. Amen.
John 8:31–32
[31] Jesus said to the people who believed in him, “You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings. [32] And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
