There’s no question in my heart or mind—Jesus fought a spiritual war that night, and He won. This wasn’t just a bad dream or a strange illness. This wasn’t a coincidence.... The demon—or spirit—that was fighting for his soul lost. Kevin was returned to us.... But I know what I saw. I know what I heard. I witnessed one of Jesus's miracles that night.

Living a life of faith through trials isn’t easy, but it’s in those moments we often see God move the most. My wife left a 20+ year career with no backup plan—only faith. Against all odds, God opened the exact door we prayed for. The attacks came, but so did the breakthrough. Faithful obedience led to a miracle, and now we walk forward knowing the enemy never fights what isn’t a threat. All glory to God.

Matthew 28:19–20 changed everything for me. It wasn’t just a command—it became personal. Go and make disciples felt like an invitation to declare my faith through baptism and live fully in Christ. It stirred a calling in me to pour into the next generation, guiding children to know God deeply. This verse is more than my testimony—it’s my mission: to go, to teach, and to remind others He is with us, even to the end of the age.

I read, “I believed in God, so I spoke.” Despite suffering, persecution, or even death—they still spoke. That verse broke it down for me: If I believe, I will speak. In the midst of pain or fear, I will speak. What I see now will fade, but the promises I believe in will last forever. I believed, therefore I spoke.

I don’t know the Lord’s plans for my brother, but I know he is loved, and we will not stop praying for him. God answers prayers.

Even when we fall short, God invites us to grow, surrender, and live with thankfulness to Him. Ephesians 5 reminds us to let go of impurity, greed, and foolish talk—and instead, let there be thankfulness to God. Transformation starts when we invite Him into our weakest places and respond with praise.

Raising children in this world is extremely difficult because you're constantly fighting for their attention. But a few Sundays ago, we pulled away from distractions and spent a peaceful day at the beach. My daughter ran into the cold water, my son explored with driftwood in hand, and I walked beside him. It reminded me that the presence of our Heavenly Father can still be found in the simplest moments together.
